Chammi Karunathilaka is the senior MS Clinical Nurse Specialist and an Independent nurse prescriber at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, based at Chase Farm Hospital. Chammi has been a MS nurse Specialist since 2012, working in the community role initially, in borough of Barnet, then at Royal Free NHS Trust. She started her journey with patients with Multiple Sclerosis since joining Marie Foster Centre at Barnet in year 2000.

Chammi trained at Anglia University at Chelmsford in 1993 and worked in general rehabilitation for three years before she joined Marie Foster Centre. Chammi leads the MS service at Royal Free London Foundation NHS Trust and the team lead for Neuroscience clinical nurse specialists in the Trust and at present.
