Dr Joanna Fawcett is a Consultant Neurologist at North Bristol NHS Trust. She has a specialist interest in advanced Multiple Sclerosis and neurorehabilitation, and leads the spasticity and intrathecal baclofen (ITB) service within the Neurology department. She also provides an in-reach hyperacute rehabilitation service for the Major Trauma team at North Bristol NHS Trust.

Jo studied Medicine at University College London and completed her specialist neurology training in the Severn Deanery. Towards the end of her training, she undertook a fellowship in neuropalliative care, during which she developed a dedicated service for patients with advanced Multiple Sclerosis across the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire region.
