Dr Menai McDonald is a consultant neurologist with a special interest in multiple sclerosis working in NHS Fife.

She qualified in Medicine from the University of Glasgow, staying within the West of Scotland for her medical and neurology training. She completed a clinical research fellowship examining the long term impact of early treatment for RRMS using comprehensive clinical and radiological phenotyping and patient reported outcome measures.

Her professional interests include symptom management in MS, in particular managing spasticity with treatments such as botulinum toxin.
