Consultant Geriatrician and General Physician at Northern Health and Social Care Trust.

Completed training in Geriatric Medicine and General Internal Medicine, and was appointed as a Consultant Geriatrician in 2020.

My clinical work includes weekly specialist clinics managing patients with Parkinson’s disease, stroke, and dementia, with a focus on delivering comprehensive, patient-centred geriatric care.

I lead a stroke research team and serve as Principal Investigator for multiple stroke clinical trials at my site, contributing to advancing evidence-based care.

I am actively involved in medical education as the SIM Lead for trainees and students, and I am a visiting lecturer at Ulster University. I am particularly passionate about teaching and mentoring the next generation of clinicians.
