Revive MS Support

Geraldine Mynors is a CBT psychotherapist and leads the counselling team at Revive MS Support in Glasgow, as well as working in private and NHS practice. She works with people with MS at all stages of the illness, from diagnosis through to advanced MS.

Prior to training as a therapist, Geraldine worked with the MS Trust from 2011, first on researching and writing Defining the value of MS specialist nurses and then on designing and facilitating the MS Trust GEMSS programme which involved 15 MS nurse teams over 3 years evaluating and improving their services. Geraldine’s experience spans NHS general management at Hammersmith Hospitals, Ashford Hospital Middlesex and University Hospital Birmingham, consulting with McKinsey and Company and project leadership at the Department of Health Medicines Partnership Programme. While there, she led the project to create the first version of MS Decisions – one of the first web-based decision aids in the UK which is still in use. Geraldine has a BA from Oxford University, MBA from London Business School and a Masters in Public Health from Glasgow University.

On a voluntary basis, Geraldine set up ADHD Parent Support West Glasgow, a group now supporting over 600 families of children with ADHD. For this she was awarded a Coronation Champion award by Queen Camilla in 2023.
