Rob Hadden (MA BM BCh PhD FRCP) is a neurologist at King’s College Hospital, London (2004-), and Tunbridge Wells Hospital, and Reader at King’s College London. He leads the regional specialist peripheral nerve service, accredited as a Centre of Excellence by the GBS/CIDP Foundation International, and a leading UK centre for small fibre neuropathy.

His main academic interests are inflammatory neuropathies and vasculitic neuropathy. He studied Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) for his PhD. He has co-written international clinical guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of GBS, CIDP, vasculitic neuropathy, MMN and paraproteinaemic neuropathy.

He is Chair of the Inflammatory Neuropathy Consortium of the Peripheral Nerve Society (2025-), and on the Medical Advisory Board of Inflammatory Neuropathies UK charity (previously GAIN, 1997-). He was previously President of the British Peripheral Nerve Society (2019-21), and board member of the Neuropathic Pain Consortium of the PNS (2020-24). He has organised the King’s Neuromuscular Symposium annually since 2007.
