Dr Lucia Venneri is a Consultant Cardiologist at the National Amyloidosis Centre in London, specialising in advanced imaging—echocardiography and cardiac magnetic resonance—and the diagnosis of cardiac amyloidosis. She leads the Centre’s Echocardiography Service and has worked across major UK and Italian cardiac institutions. Her research focuses on applying AI to echocardiography, including developing automated tools to monitor ATTR cardiomyopathy. She is PI of the MaesTTRo study, PI of CleopTTRa study and an active investigator in several amyloidosis trials.
