Dr Fiona McKevitt
Dr Fiona McKevitt is the joint Clinical Director for the Outpatient Recovery and Transformation programme at NHS England. She is a member of the Future of Outpatients Strategy group working in conjunction with NHS England and the Royal College of Physicians. She is co-chair of the NHSE Reducing Missed Appointments steering group and was a co-author of Modern Outpatient Care published by the Royal College of Physicians in 2023. As Clinical Lead for Outpatient Transformation at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust she led on key initiatives for outpatient recovery notably, the delivery of virtual appointments, the implementation of Patient Initiated Follow Up, and the introduction of Specialist Advice Services. She has experience of working closely with both primary and secondary care as a member of the Sheffield Health and Care Partnership.
