Shelly is a Myasthenia Gravis clinical nurse specialist for Southwest London and Surrey. As a regional role, she is based at St. George’s University Hospital but also works for the wider network like Croydon University Hospital, Kingston Hospital, Ashford and St. Peter’s Hospital, etc. She finished her BSc in Nursing in the Philippines and moved in the UK since 2019. She has worked in neurology ever since, her experiences includes care in long-term specialist neuro-disability unit, to complex neurological care needing ventilation, she has also worked for private institution and supported the set-up of a neuro-rehabilitation unit. Shelly is passionate about neurology and champions myasthenia gravis patients.
