MS Advanced MasterClass 16: Project winners announced!
NewsThe MS Advanced MasterClass 16 cohort presented a wide variety of intermodule projects, from a systematic review of MS prognosis, to a retrospective audit on MOG and APQ4 antibody testing. Alongside these were symptom-focussed projects on cough measurement and spasticity management, as well as reviews of transitional pathways for individuals moving from relapsing to progressive disease. This range really highlights the current complexity of MS diagnosis, treatment and management across the full spectrum of services, care and understanding needed for people to have optimal support.
This year's winning project, as voted for by their fellow classmates, was Liz Woodhead with her project titled 'Standardising the assessment, initiation and monitoring of THC:CBD (Sativex) Oromucosal Spray for Patients with Moderate to Severe Spasticity'
The two runner up projects were Polly Kay & Victor Oghenenyerovwome Iki- congratulations!
