Advanced physiotherapy practitioner in spasticity management

Aimee is an advanced physiotherapy practitioner in spasticity management at St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust where she has worked since 2001.

She has been a botulinum toxin injector since 2006 and now teaches the MSc module in Injection Therapy for Botulinum Toxin in the medical school at St George's University of London.

Aimee works across the whole spasticity service at St George's including spasticity clinic and intrathecal baclofen/phenol clinics. She has been instrumental in developing the joint spasticity and orthopaedic clinics.

Aimee is passionate about teaching and has lectured locally, nationally and internationally. She has been involved in several clinical trials and is keen to further develop spasticity services.
