Dr Eleanor Smith is a consultant in palliative medicine and one of the Trust End of life care leads, and has worked at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation since 2006. Eleanor works at the palliative care unit, an 18 bedded inpatient unit at the Northern General Hospital, and also in the hospital palliative care teams across all sites (Northern General, Weston Park and Royal Hallamshire Hospitals).
