Beki Aldam has worked for several years in the world of public engagement, patient involvement and communication with the MS community. She works with the Barts-MS team helping to organise their research days; training them in communication skills; curating guest posts on their blog; and other patient and public involvement projects. Beki is a qualified English teacher with a Masters in Cultural History from Goldsmiths College. Her career has included writing and editing for Save the Children, running a language school in Germany, teaching in secondary schools, working for Shift.ms and running projects for the National Children’s Bureau.
