Robert Muni Lofra is a Consultant Physiotherapist at the John Walton Muscular Dystrophy Research Centre. Robert started working with neuromuscular patients back in Barcelona as a Paediatric Physiotherapist. In 2014, Robert moved to the JWMDRC to work exclusively in NMD. His professional activity covers provision of clinical management and research activity in neuromuscular diseases with a special interest in SMA. He is current the Clinical Lead for the Physiotherapy team and has been involved in the most recent clinical trials for SMA and in the assessment of patient under the new disease modifying therapies.
