Profiles
Dr Sue Copstick
I am a consultant clinical neuropsychologist, training and working at two neuroscience centres (based in Plymouth and Glasgow, before becoming clinical director of the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust nearly 7 years ago. I am taking up post as National Lead in Neuropsychology for Cygnet in January 2021, being keen to apply all I have learned to creating neuropsychological rehabilitation services within their Neuropsychiatric Rehabilitation Pathway. I am on the specialist register for clinical neuropsychology, I am an elected Fellow of the Division of Neuropsychology UK, and I am senior lecturer at the University of Glasgow. I am privileged to be a member of the executive committee of the Division of Neuropsychology of the British Psychological Society, and the Scotland representative on that committee. My future will involve providing high quality neuropsychology services for the assessment and rehabilitation services for people with functional neurological disorders, also developing neuropsychology services across the Cygnet rehabilitation pathways for rehabilitation of neurodegenerative conditions and neurobehavioral services for acquired brain injuries.
