Clare Lindley

Team leader PDNS
Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

Clare has been a nurse for over 20 years, qualifying in March 2001. She started her nursing vocation in gynaecology where she spent time exploring all aspects of women’s health. Clare completed her nursing degree obtaining a 1st class honours degree from the University of Sheffield. Following this she studied medical ultrasound at Sheffield Hallam university. This allowed her to work autonomously in a nurse lead clinic environment. Clare's nursing path then took her on another journey and she worked as a senior sister/ward manager on a busy geriatric and medicine ward. She now works as a team leader clinical nurse specialist in the Parkinson’s and movement disorder service. She thoroughly enjoys working and supporting a small team of dedicated and passionate nurses at Sheffield teaching hospitals.

Clare lives in Sheffield with her husband, their son and their two dogs.
