Faculty member nominated for Nurse Leader of the Year 2020

Dr Annette Hand has been nominated as Nurse Leader of the Year in the Nursing Times Awards 2020.

Annette is a Nurse Consultant and Associate Professor at Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, as well as a Faculty member of Parkinson's Academy. She is also Clinical Lead for Nursing within the Parkinson’s UK Excellence Network.

Annette said, 'I just wanted to say a huge Thank You to you all for your support with my nomination as Nurse Leader of the Year. As you know I have been shortlisted with the awards event taking place on 18th November 1600 – 1800 (virtually of course).
