Simple isolation checklist for Parkinson's patients
Parkinson's MasterClass delegate Jane Price has created a simple isolation checklist for her service and has used this to contact patients with a structured approach to check on issues and difficulties that may have arisen as a result of the lockdown. Many patients begin by saying that they are self-isolating, but when Jane asks them about food, medication etc. they disclose that they are still going out for these things, sometimes because they were unaware of the voluntary services in their area.
