Objectives and unmet need:
The management of MS is becoming increasingly complex with different treatment paradigms and the emergence of several new disease-modifying therapies with different modes of action and monitoring requirements. This meeting addresses controversies and areas of uncertainty in MS management including how best to use existing and emerging disease modifying therapies, symptomatic treatment and service provision. To make the meeting more engaging we have designed the programme around a series of debates, which makes this meeting very appealing to HCPs specialising in MS, who work on the NHS coalface and have to deal with these issues on a daily basis.
