The team supports people living with MS from diagnosis through to advanced MS within their community and focuses on supporting them to have a good quality of life and well managed symptoms. Sarah will support people with complex needs and their families. The team sit within the community neuro-rehab team and alongside the early stroke discharge team. Sarah is part of the leadership team and supervises the nurses within both services.

Sarah has been a Queen’s Nurse for 10 years. She has been regional lead for the East of England for the last 8 years. It is a great honor and something Sarah is very proud of.
