Over Parkinson's Awareness Week we've looked at a few different angles of awareness, from the excellent service development work being carried out by healthcare professionals across the country, to the crucial role of Parkinson's specialist nurses.

We wanted to round out the week by raising awareness of some aspects of Parkinson's care that are perhaps less known or understood. We have webinars on exercise in Parkinson's, on palliative care discussions, non-motor symptoms, medications management - these topics seem to be the most in-demand right now…

So here are our top 3 webinars, based on a combination of live attendance and on-demand viewing:

1. Diet and Parkinson's disease (2,251 views)
2. Managing bowel and bladder problems in Parkinson's (1,888 views)
3. Treatment & management of Parkinson’s disease dementia/Lewy body dementia (1,864 views)*

*numbers correct as of 9th April 2024.

Free to access whenever you like, these and many more like it feature experts working in Parkinson's and always have practical slants, raising your awareness and equipping you with meaningful knowledge that you can use on a daily basis with patients.

Why not end Parkinson's Awareness Week with an hour of learning to raise your own awareness that little bit higher?
