Over the coming months, the realities of working together across commissioning and clinical agendas will become apparent, with ICSs taking the reins imminently. We have the systems in place and the information to draw on, such as GIRFT's latest Neurology report - but how do we actually use these to appropriately plan neurology services?

The Neurology Network Manager's Meeting on 27th May will look at the practicalities of this, the tools we have available and the examples we have to replicate, so that we can genuinely improve services for neurology within these new structures.

This meeting is ideal for commissioners and service managers, and will give them the knowledge and tools to effectively commission for this population. It is also helpful for clinicians looking to influence services positively through integrated care systems and to be confident in approaching those planning their services.
