MS Advanced MasterClass 12 – Module 1

Our most in-depth exploration into the complexities of MS management and treatment, this course is for specialists who want to really hone their expertise and maximise their impact on patient outcomes. If you are a currently prescribing neurologist, a final-year registrar, an experienced MS specialist nurse or a pharmacist working with MS therapies, this course is the next level in learning meets application.

These courses are for neurologists who are currently prescribing, experienced MS nurses, final year registrars and pharmacists who may be working in a unit that prescribes MS therapies who want to increase or update their knowledge & belong to a network of MSologists. The course will advance understanding of MS through taught sessions and mentorship (a mentor will be appointed for each participant if required).

CPD accreditation

We will apply for CPD accreditation from the Royal College of Physicians for MS Advanced MasterClass 12 and subject to confirmation of accreditation, CPD will be awarded upon completion of Module 2.

The 2019 Advanced MasterClass was approved for 30 category 1 (external) CPD credit(s). Full conditions of approval are listed in our guidelines. 12 External credits may be claimed for an MSc or equivalent activity.

Module 2: 13 & 14 May 2021, Sheffield

The course is fully funded for clinicians practising in the UK for both modules. There will be a £100 deposit required to secure your place, this will be invoiced to you upon confirmation. This deposit will be refunded within 30 days of you completing both modules of the course. Failure to attend or if you should cancel less than 8 weeks of the course commencement date this will result in the charge of £100.

Virtual attendance

This MasterClass will be filmed, live streamed and recorded. Virtual attendance is fully funded for UK delegates, which includes all meeting materials, access to interactive live sessions and recordings. You will be able to ask your questions during the Q&A live sessions and connect with delegates in our Forum. All sessions will be recorded and available for on-demand viewing.

Places are confirmed on a first come basis following receipt of the completed application form. A pre-course needs assessment will need to be completed to ensure the course is adapted for each individuals needs. This will be sent to you upon confirmation.
